Solid Self Belief will increase belief and takes a practical approach to improving your self confidence, at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home.  Using cognitive behavioural approaches this course will give you the confidence that you need to lead a more fulfilling life where your relationships become stronger and mutually beneficial. You will learn to:-

This course is delivered in three different ways. The non assessed version is non certificated and you will not have a discussion with an assessor. 

You can go for the assessed version by your sending the work detailed in your action plan to you assessor via email at assessor@onlinecoachingpartnerships.co.uk. This work will then be assessed and sent back to you.

Or you can choose the Advantage assessed course which is certificated by OCP (Online Coaching Patnerships) and two discussions will be carried out between you and your assessor using Telephone, Skype or Google Chat.
