Refund Policy

There is a cooling off period of 14 days after you have purchased a course. If you are unhappy with the course or the materials in any way you should contact us at complaints@onlinecoachingpartnerships.co.uk or contact us on 07775 450185 as soon as possible and you will receive a refund. Once this 14 day period is over we will unfortunately have to charge you £15 which are administration charges for your registration.

In additon to this complaints procedure there is also an Internal Verification process that enables all learners enrolled on a NOCN accredited course to appeal against assessment decisions that they are not happy with.  There is a one off fee of £15 to administer this procedure. This will be deducted from the refund given for each module if your complaint is not upheld. In the event that your complaint is upheld you will receive the full cost of those units which you have withdrawn from.
