We at Online Coaching Partnerships are dedicated to bringing you up to date comprehensive teaching and training materials that supply quality information to those people seeking to improve their propects in the work place by developing a unitised portfolio of accredited training, or for those who simply want to improve their confidence and develop themselves.

Collectively we are all educated to the highest compulsory standard in Further Education to date, which is known as a Cert Ed or PCE.  We have an extensive raft of experience in the workplace in our individual sectors of industry and commerce.  In additon we have years of experience of delivering training to some of the largest employers in mainland Britain and for some of the most highly regarded colleges.  We are all in possession of an Assessor and Internal Verifiers award from a national awarding body.

Unitised qualifications are the future.  There is no better time to learn than now because a unitised portfolio means that you the learner can choose a variety of units from different sectors of work and add a number of credits together to achieve a full award at your own pace, at a time and in a place that is convenient to you. This puts you firmly in control of the direction you want you learning to take.

Here at OCP we offer a variety of courses centred around those interpersonal skills that underpin everything we do in life.  This can be summed up in the phrase "no one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care".  Being able to communicate well with others, and having an understanding or insight into your own personality are crucial skills that when developed can help anyone achieve better job satisfaction and a prosperous and stable lifestyle.
