Course Description
Goal setting is an essential part of personal development. Napoleon Hill said that "Success is the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal". In other words if you are working towards a goal you are already successful. In this course you will learn:
- How to set SMARTER Targets
- How to reflect on your progress
- How to adjust your trajectory
- Your learning style
- How to develop a burning desire to achieve
- How to break your goals into manageable pieces
- How to write really powerful goals
- How to overcome procrastination

Making choices in pursuit of personal goals is a level 2 core unit awarded by NOCN, which broadly equates to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standards. It carries with it a credit rating of 3 for the unit and can contribute towards a total of 24 credits which is the required number of credits to achieve a level 2 Award in Progression. This unit can be assessed or non assessed.
