Those who believe they can, can. Those who believe they can’t, can’t. This unit will enable you gain invaluable insight into your own character and strengths and empower you to begin working with them straight away to get more out of life. Skills, knowledge and experience naturally are very important to employers, but coupled with confidence in ones own ability they become a charismatic potion that is irresistable to all employers. If you have always dreamed of getting that special job, or just want to get more out of life, achieving this unit is the place to start. This unit will give you a template for developing confidence that will stay with you for life.
Developing Self Confidence and Self Awareness is a level 2 core unit awarded by NOCN, which broadly equates to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standards. It carries with it a credit rating of 3 for the unit and can contribute towards a total of 24 credits which is the required numbers of credits to achieve a Level 2 Award in Progression. This unit can be assessed or non assessed.
