Our interpersonal skills determine the quality of all of our relationships, both with others we interact with and our relationship to ourselves. This unit will enable you gain valuable insight into your own character and strengths and empower you to begin working with them straight away to get more out of life. You will learn how to guage what others are thinking and what they mean when they are talking. You will learn how to develop your own interpersonal skills to become a master communicator.
Developing Own Interpersonal Skills is a level 2 core unit awarded by NOCN, which broadly equates to GCSE or NVQ Level 2 standards. It carries with it a credit rating of 3 for the unit and can contribute towards a total of 24 credits which is the required number of credits to achieve a Level 2 Award in Progression. This is unit can be assessed or non assessed.
